Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have a low grade fever (around 99 degrees) for about 3 days now. Specially the temperature spikes during evening and night. Also I am having unclear bowel movement and I am losing appetite to some extent. Whenever I am eating anything my stomach feels heavy and uneasy. I am not very sure what is wrong with me. Please suggest medication and diagnosis for this condition.

Nearly since a month i an having pain(full ache when touched) under my left back rib, sometimes it pains on rib sometimes dull ache on muscle, not able to figure out). And now a days i have a uncomfortable feeling of nausea(not exactly nauseous, but slight feeling mostly after food). And no matter how much I eat, I'm nit gaining weight!! Please help me with this. Can all these be linked? I'm on a course of Absolute 3G for my tinnitus issue.

Am having very irregular bowel movement and nit feeling pressure from last one and half year and from last few months i am feeling much hungry like even after having good lunch. Having lower back pain, is it due to not clear bowel movement or anything else issue. Also haing pain on right side corner of lower abdomen and having pain in right leg knee pain. Please suggest me what to do. I have tried multiple medicines for bowel movement but no use.

Hi Sir, One of my family member suffering from the gastric problem after the operation of piles. Suggest what to do.

I vomit last night 1 time after dinner. My hand palm and feet are hot and aches much but my body is cold. I do not feel any weakness or anything. Should I take any local fever medicine for it. My hand hand n feet still aches. Due to fever pain.

How to differentiate if  throat pain and dry  cough is  due to cold or if it is due to acid reflux...?

Gone for test sgot & sgpt which is higher side little bit and uric acid which is 9.4 . Problem is I donot feel motion.

Whenever I drink water, it use to form gas in stomach and I feel discomfort for some time with heavy stomach.

When my periods is about to come one week before I feel gastric problem.. Indegistion problem... After having good i always vomit.. Plzz help
