Chest pain due to severe acidity
Hello doctor i am suffering from little  chest pain and i think it is mostly due to acidity earlier i was having problem of acid reflux problem and doctor prescribed me medicine including antacid for 4 days Now i am taking MONTAIR FX and SUCRALFATE suspension as another problem may be caused by acid reflux Due to lockdown there is almost no routine no movement no exercise at all. And i am awaking at 1pm in afternoon and going to bed at 3:00am. Kindly suggest me good medicines as chest pain is very less only in lockdown m suffering from it. But i have acidity problem normally and take omee tablet

I can understand lock down is not normal but still you need to maintain your sleeping habits it's better you wake up on time and sleep later in noon ...Because breakfast is the most important fuel of our body . Mean while you should do regular exercise at home ...Simple exercise but something should be done . Avoid spicy oily junk alcohol smoking etc
