Fistula and piles
Hello sir & mami having piles and fistula problem from few days.problem in passing stool sometimes blood  is also coming.i am confused what to do its pains a lot. But i want to cure it permanently without any operation or surgery please help what should i do.

Piles and fistula are two.different problems with different solutions ..Still.its not easy to diagnose without examination, till that time you should start Sitz bath (warm water with 15-20ml.betadine .morning and evening for 15 mins ....Google it for detail procedure ) Ointment pilex|smuth etc for local aplication Avoid constitution and straining for stool

Your mother is having pain during defecation and sometimes blood. There more chances of fissure in ano. It is due to forcefully passing of hard fecal matter. Take Tab Ornof twice daily for 5 days Tab pan 40 once empty stomach for 7 days Syp looz 20- 30 ml at night daily ( adjust dose with softness of stool) Oint Anovate Apply 15 min before going to motion. And twice daily Tab ultracet for pain , can be taken twice daily Do sikai twice daily by Sit on a tub with warm water for 15 to 20 minutes Strictly avoid straining during motion, take high fibre in diet, maintain stool softness by above syrup
