Sgot 42 and sgpt 85 , is it alarming??? Pls advise medicatins or change in diet, or should i avoid something like alcohol

Hi Sir, I have taken H Pylory treatment for two times for now. But two back again I got the symptoms and doctor suggested me to go for Test and it was positive and he gave two weeks of medicine this course has completed by yesterday but still I am getting stomac burning and when I visited doctor told me that with this medicine 100 it will go... I am not able to sleep. Can you please suggeste what to do please

I am taking laxative for 3 months and still now but not get relif or laxative fail to provide relif from constipation...
