I had dengue fever and also typhoid both at a time few months back and henceforth I'm suffering from bowel movements... Sometimes it's motions and sometimes I'm having constipation... There is lot of gastric problem during nights... Even when I'm holding urine for sometime and rushing to washroom I am getting motion also.. What are all these I don't understand..

Getting stomach pain after taking gastric medicine also pain is same.Got fever ,headache and vomiting also and urine is bit smelly.can you please suggest me on this
