Hi doctor, I have recently delivered a baby and was told to take raricap 100 and corcium d3 daily. Also mashyne 60k vitd3 capsule once every week. Problem is I'm having hard stool whenever I take raricap.I stopped it and saw tht my stool normalised. But due to me becoming anemic post delivery,doc advised me to take these for a year. I have bleeding sometimes bcs of the hard stool. Plz suggest me what to do as I can't stop iron supplements. Also suggest if any other suppliment or medicine I can take to ease my stool.

I am suffering with digestive disorder like whenever i will be hungry and eats food i feel like bloating and its completely full. And sometimes feel like need to poop frequently though its not diarrhea. Gets stomach gas so quickly and hence dont want to eat much and always rethinks before having anything in food.
