Done fistulectomy before 7 months. Now there is a pain in the surgical site that I cannot sit. It is hard to touch the surgical site and it looks like swollen..I am also having the sensation of incomplete bowel evacuation daily after the surgery. Can you please prescribe me a medication

Please suggest solution for this . Last 5 days not able to eat. When any thing will eat then vomiting happen. Also in few time interval fever also coming.. Last 7 day nothing eat so please suggest as well as preceibed medicine and what to eat.

I am facing problem of constipation sometime flat stool since months . No blood , no vomiting , no pain . When change diet everything looks like good , accept flat stool (slight) sometime normal also . I go to toilet one time in 24 hours , but little concerned about flat stool and constipation sometime. During all these I never feel lake of appetite . I always feel full hunger , despite sometime face constipation (  toilet one time in 24 in a hours ) , is this cause of concern?
