How long take medicine for this non ulcer dyspepsia? And wich medicine to use? Please response me earlier

My daughter has severe diarrhoea. We met with the pediatrician who gave probiotics and some other medicines. He suggested to get a stool test done and give antibiotics (Taxim O) only if stool tests show signs of bacterial infection. Luckily I had taken a sample in the morning and given to the nearest diagnostic center who were going to send us the reports by 5 PM. However, the doctor suggested to give a sample at his clinic again as they would tell us the results within two hours so that we can start treatment in case of bacterial infection soon. Now, at the end of the day, we have both reports. The early morning sample says 10 to 12 pus cells. However, the latter one says 2 to 4 pus cells. Why do we see so much variation in the results? We have started with the antibiotics anyway but was wondering what would cause such varying results and what to do in such situations?

Around 1 year I am suffering from stomach issues having frequent infections in stomach as per Drs. Problems earlier were frequent motions, cramps, etc. Earlier LFT was abnormal fibroscan 6.4 USG fatty liver. Lost around 8 kg weight as well. In begining of December I again had infection that time body shivering was also there one day. Now since 3 4 days I am having excessive Gas issues, extreme weakness, bloating. Yesterday I had moving pain in chest, bloating, unable to pass gas. Since morning also same kind of feeling is there even I don't have desire to eat or drink. Feeling extreme weakness as well. Taking gas tablets, digestive enzymes and zincovit still problem there. Consulting one of best Gastro of Noida he is saying IBS is there but no other reason for these issues. I am so confuse that even after doing everything my problem is not resolving I am so upset and fed up even tried homeopathic but no relief. Please guide me 🙏

My husband is suffering from hives and itching daily..mainly it is occurred after taking meals. So he have done blood test. His bilirubin is 1.8 sgpt 69 other lft factors are normal his lymphocytes is 41% and hemoglobin is 13.8.what should I do now..

I get 4 to 5 times motion in a day. I went to doctor and thyroid hormones and everything report were alright. Despite getting this much of motion I don't have any weakness. Can't find what is the problem

Since last 1.5 month, I am facing severe bloating and gas pain in my stomach immediately half an hour after having lunch. I am working, so can only manage walk for 15 mins after lunch time. Also, In the morning I do 45 mins of speed walk. I am celiac, so i thought it might be gluten allergy but its happening since 1.5 month continuously everyday and subsides at around 10-11 pm.

I have 3 kidney stone&hypothyroid problem.i take 75 mg thyroxine tablet.i have burning sensation some time  in stomach&chest 1year.mucus present in stool.abdomen scan is normal.from 2 months I have mild pain in Upper abdomen after eating food. &burping when eat  drink or not to eat.when I bend 3omin I have pain in centre of abdomen.while I  doing  yoga there is pain stomach.when spicy item masala food eating suddenly pain in stomach I urge to pass stool that time  black loose  stool appear.cbc test tsh syrum calcium phosphorous albumin tests are normal.pleae give any suggestions.
