My father frequently feel gas n constipation. Otherwise he has no problem. Can he take any herbal med if you suggest

My father feeling pain in the left lower stomach abdomen area. And this is happening every day since last 2weeks and its lasting only for few minutes like max 30minutes. Currently he is taking oflox Oz tablets with Darolac capsules from last 1 week but still no improvement. Can someone please help this situation?

Please advise I'm passing semi solid stool or leaky stool for the last 6months, I have undergone both English and aurvdic medical treatment non have helped me.. please advise

Hello Doctors, Good Afternoon. Pls help. Can stomach ulcers cause pain in the lower abdomen either side after passing stool. The consistency of the stool is normal and no blood reported in stool. Also pls let me know the symptoms of H Pylori infection? Asking for my brother. He is a physically active and healthy person age 27 with no history of diabetes and high bp or thyroid. Whenever he does pass stool .while passing there is no pain. But after the stomach is clear he is getting cramps in lower abdomen and also either side of the lower abdomen. There is pain and burning sensation. No decrease of appetite or weight loss reported from him. Also he gets pain just beneath the lungs. It moves here n there.Happening past five days. He also says his bladder and back is hurting. Now are there two separate issues ..Pls pls help.. Does it look like IBS. My Father has IBS. But my Brother passes stool only once a day. Kindly advise

Hi Dr, I've been facing this problem for a long time, and my stomach never gets clean every day. As a result, many problems arise throughout the day. Because the stomach is not clear, there are many problems in the body, but the mind doesn't want to eat. I have shown many doctors that doctors are not able to fix them. They are giving me some medicine. (like- purvict10, duplex type, etc). I did a stool occult blood test and it's normal. Could someone please help me with this? I was vaccinated by 3 doses of Hepatitis B in 2009-10 with doses at 0,1 and 3. Do I need any more dose or booster ? Can a person who has been vaccinated for Hepatitis B earlier be exposed to or infected with that virus later ? Which test gives accurate result for Hepatitis B virus HBsAg or anti HBV ?
