Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello doctor,I'm having this problem from past 2 years but last year on September my gastric problem triggered again now it triggered .it started giving me pain below the chest and  above the abdomen , recently I observed in stools getting pin worms are detected I took medication regarding pin worms with antibiotics to kill the infection in stomach but still the trouble of pin worms lightly decreased but not completely ,now it triggered gastric problem with pain in Abdomen I don't know what to do can you suggest me please to decrease my gastric problem and pin worm problem.pin worm problem started this year only frequently monthly it's occurring,I'm attaching my endoscopy report also.thank you

I was normal 7 days back and gradually pain in upper Abdomen started and which relieve when drinking water or taking food by some fold, n while sleeping, i am unable sleep on normal supine position and feel like shortnes of breath and sometimes feel pain in left side of chest.. And in recent days i slept for more hours by skipping breakfast..  In current situation i can't go out for hospital so i request you to prescribe medication.. I had past h/o taking pantaprazole for 4 to 5 days 1 yr back

I have stomach ache for three month I am troubled by this problem so  please Tell  me the  problem

Diabetes since 9 Yrs Aged 45 yrs Suffering from constipation since one year and recently diagnosed peptic ulcers ... treatment done now the problem is constipation and gas problem ... is it common problem along with peptic ulcers or something different... using Lobowel 24 , Pegred and providac .., pls Advise

Since 15 days I am feeling hard when pressed below the rib cage both side and pain in right side of belly button.dont which doctor to consult and why it's happening

Often i feels a twitching and sensitivity on the abdomen. In the night sleeping became worse due to this. It's very uncomfortable at times it feels like a cramp , tightness and bloating could be felt.

My wife is suffering from mild pain in her lower abdomen(centre). She feels tightness in abdominal belt area. Motions are sometimes 2-3 times a day and sometimes none. She wakes up and drinks hot water 2 glass. She has some peanuts or any light nuts in morning. At 1 pm she use to have her lunch and dinner at 09 pm.

My daughter is 25 days from the time of her birth she countinuesly losing water with potty. Her potty part is countinuesly being wet due to losing continues water. So she had got rashes and wound in that part. I have consult my doctor he gave medicine just like ( BEXILUS, BIFILAC, CEFOLAC) but got no relief.

I had undergone the surgery of appendicitis but aftersme time regularly pain in right side of abdomen where surgery was done.i feel uncomfortable.swollen in intestine found in ultrasound .

I feel stuffy above novel. In between chest end. And can't eat more if try to eat feeling like vomit. Bcz of lockdown I do not have much physical activity. And we do not have any doctor available in our area. Pls help and advice. Should I go and visit local govt hospital. Or it is temporary. Like accidity. And what medicine should I take.
