Vomitting (ultrasound endoscopy done)
She was admitted to hospital in first week of march 2020 as she used to vomit after having food. Here she was diagnosed with acute intestinal obstruction. She was discharged from the hospital after a week. She was still on medication. After coming to home approx 10 days later vomiting started again which is still not controlled till date. consulted many different doctors but no relief as vomiting continue immediately after having food

You need to show the report of usg and endoscopy. If she was obstructed then she ideally needs CT scan abdomen with contrast. Patient need to be assessed in person.
