Stomach Problems & Remedies

I vomit last night 1 time after dinner. My hand palm and feet are hot and aches much but my body is cold. I do not feel any weakness or anything. Should I take any local fever medicine for it. My hand hand n feet still aches. Due to fever pain.

How to differentiate if  throat pain and dry  cough is  due to cold or if it is due to acid reflux...?

Gone for test sgot & sgpt which is higher side little bit and uric acid which is 9.4 . Problem is I donot feel motion.

Whenever I drink water, it use to form gas in stomach and I feel discomfort for some time with heavy stomach.

I underwent an UGIE whose report is attached herewith for your perusal and doctor found antral gastritis in the investigation. After that my medication was startet but my epigastric burning and nausea did not subside at all. He gave me PPI such az Rabeprazole, Pantaprozole, Esomeprazole, Dexlansoprazole but nothing seemed to work. He gave me the aforementioned PPI in combination with Gaviscon Syrup and Mucain Gel but that also did not work. He then began to give me Sufrate O but that also couldn't lower my Epigastric burning. He then started Ranitidine 300 and it gave me a but relief but later on it was banned and he did not prescribe it anymore. He has prescribed me to take Tymidine 200 alongwith Gaviscon but that isn't helping me too. What should be done now ? Is there any PPI, antacid, H2 blocker or any other medicine left which can treat such Epigastric burning effectively ? What should be the combination. I am eating a healthy and a non oily and non spicy diet. Plz help me.🙏
