Hi, From last 15days i have little stomach pain and hungry feel even after eating fully. But still I'm not able to eat but little pain and hear some kind of sound in stomach. This is the first time I'm getting this problem. I don't see any problem while passing stools, its normal.

I am suffering from antral gastritis and my doctor had prescribed me Zinetac 150 at night but after the drug was banned due to its carcinogenic properties, he then prescribed me Famocid 20. I just want to ask you is Famocid 20 which contains Famotidine safe to consume and does it has any carcinogenic properties ? Is it safe to consume or not ? Or should he go for any safer and better H2 blocker ?

Does pan gastritis elevates level of GGt and ALP in blood. Sgpt and Sgot are normal in range. I have chronic gastritis problem.

I have a low grade fever (around 99 degrees) for about 3 days now. Specially the temperature spikes during evening and night. Nearly since a month i an having pain(full ache when touched) under my left back rib, sometimes it pains on rib sometimes dull ache on muscle, not able to figure out). Am having very irregular bowel movement and nit feeling pressure from last one and half year and from last few months i am feeling much hungry like even after having good lunch. Having lower back pain, is it due to not clear bowel movement or anything else issue. Also haing pain on right side corner of lower abdomen and having pain in right leg knee pain.
