Stomach Problems & Remedies

Can anyone plz tell me the reason behind stomach burn. I was given gastritis diagnosis after endoscopy. I'm taking pan20 after that. Whenever I'm not taking it for 1 day it's causing burning in my stomach. I don't have any other symptom. What can it be. I'm frustrated of taking this everyday. I have heard that h.pylori or functional dyspepsia maybe the cause but I don't have any symptom like heatburn,nausea,vomit etc. Are there patients who just have one symptom.  Help me in detail

My doctor had prescribed me Ranitidine for long term use and I had been consuming it for almost 1.5 yrs and later on in the newspapers it was published that Ranitidine is carcinogenic. Since I have been consuming it for such a long time , am I under risk ? Why do the doctors prescribe drugs without prior evaluation ? When a drug is carcinogenic, why prescribe it ? Firstly he told me that Ranitidine is safe but later on he had no answers. You plz help me.

Hello doctor. My girlfriend is suffering from severe vomiting and nausea since last 3 days. It started with her feeling nauseous about 4-5 days back. After that she got high fever and started vomiting and having diarrhoea. She was put on antibiotics by her doctor and now the fever is gone and diarrhoea is also gone. However, she is vomiting quite often everytime she eats something. Since nothing is going in her body, she feels fatigued and her stomach is paining. What should she do?
