Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello Respected Sir/Ma'am, Since last 2 days I am having stomach ache with feels like a movement in stomach. I was taking omeprazole and meftal spas for that which gave me little relief but suddenly since today morning having fever. I am having normal stools and little constipation. I am worried if it's a stomach infection and nothing else as they is so much panic about the virus these Days. Also no cold,cough or shortness of breath. Please help
