Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been suffering from bloating for more than 15-16 days. Somedays, it is extreme, Somedays it is not so much. But bloating is there always. A few days into the bloating I started having pain in the rib just below my right breast and the breastbone which is worst when eating. Pain is also present in the back (upper right breast, adjacent to the side rib on my right side that is hurting). Are both the issues related? I did not have any fever but do have loose stools. How do I get relief from both of these?

Stomach pain associated with fever and swollen legs. Pain increases after taking any kind of food particles. Sitting for about an hour leads to pain below just the rib cages.

My fissures come back every 2-3 months and stays for 7 days but becomes better day by day if i drink more water,oats, carrots etc.. My question is why it comes back again even i lf i continue with enough fiber and water..I feel sting in anus as well as little blood on tissue.Also i feel little bloated. I also do some yogas..but my tea intake is little high in the morning.

2 months before throat was burning. I went to gastroenterology specialist and did endoscopy, doctor said sliding hiatus hernia.. After that i went to ent specialist also, he said vocal cord problem.. after taking ent medicine throat burning was stopped. But now at the back of the throat it is red in colour. Hi doc, I am having acidity problem due to which usually i get pain or burning sensation in my stomach. I am following the normal diet without spices and much oil. Please suggest me the food (veg or non veg) to avoid in acidity. Also is curd harmful for the person with acidity problem? Thanks
