Sir I have Positive H pylori infection past 4 years with gastric indigestion what I am do for better result ?

For rectal prolapse, which surgery is preferred - STARR or Laproscopic Rectopexy? Is there a difference between the two? What are the risks and complications?

I have diarrhea issue for the last 20 days. Taking Ayurveda medicine now beacuse allopathy medicine not good. Again and again after the completion of tablets, I'm getting diarrhea. So right away I'm taking ayurvedic medicine or powder. I have attached a screenshot of my tongue. At the end you could see my tongue bumps. Is there any sign. What ever I'm eating, not able to digest properly. What should I do.

Hello sir yesterday i done mu ultrasound detect grade 1 fatty liver..doctor said i should fibro scan of liver..my liver function test was normal..shoull i done this liver fibro scan or not..m worried so much i have pain some time in liver area also..doctor suggest me acid peptic disease i mentioned report..should i done fibro scan

From 5-7 days i am having pain in my abdomen...i have done USG(Whole abdominal) the reports are attached...and i vomit for more than 7 times today...

I am 16 year old male I think I am constipated or something like it?I feel that my abdomen is not completely free out of waste after passing stools.I too feel a lot of gas in abdomen and acidity(acid rushes upwards neck).Through my regular stool pattern is one times per two day but now I am going to excrete everyday but with very less stools coming out.Stools too are not very hard they had a high percentage of water in them.In other words,they are like mild diarrhoea.But even after this I feels fulness.I don't know is it due to presence of lot gas in the abdomen or due to less than normal stool amount.I too feel a lot of gas prese Sen in my admonen.These all problem are occurring from a week.I week later I had even vomited once and also found too much gas in my admonen.Is I am suffering from my serious disease.Please help???

Last 30 days it is happening. Suggest what to do. Any checkup we need to do ?? Suggest the best doctor in town for this.
