Digestion issue
Hello doc, Since 2 days I am suffering with digestion issue ( No motion). Could you please suggest any medication for free motion?

Can take tablet containing sodium picosulfate (cremalax ) one at night

Try to increase fibre in diet (fresh fruits, veggies). Drink penty of water. Increase physical activity.
