L am suffering from digestion since 5 years. l have done gastro scopy ,sonography,m.r.i but all reports are normal .l have also took ayudvedic treatment but no satisfacFtion.

avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. follow plant based diet.
