Digestion Gas constipation
4mnths bck doctor told me I have poor digestion and gas prblm. I have mild fatty liver and constipation problem for a long .My daily routine - 1) 6.30-7am - Pentocid tablet entry stomach. 2)7.30-8am  and 6pm- Poha after rinses in hot water with  crushed Mcvites whole wheat Marie biscuit (5 biscuits). 3) 9am Liv-52 DS den 10-10.30am one small bowl rice wid dal and vegetables. After 15 mins 1 cap of Gelusil MPS syrup. 4) 1.45-2.15 pm agn small one bowl rice wid dal and mixed vegetables. After 10mins 1 A to Z Gold multivitamin tablet and after 20 mins I cap Carmozyme syrup. 5) 7 pm Liv-52DS dn 8.15 one bowl rice wid dal and mixed vegetables. After 20 mins 1cap gelusil and dn after 20mins 1 cap Carmozyme syrup. After an hour Isabgol with lukewarm water. How long should I continue dis ? Since 4months I became vegetarian, Non Smoker and Non Alcoholic. I walk 2hrs/day, Drink 3-4 litrs lukewarm water and food prepared in very less-- oil, salt, green chilli, crushed papper and Hing(asafoetida).
