Anxiety and digestion
I have been suffering from anxiety (hypocondrisis) for a long time, for about a year.  Now I am in my recovering phase..but now i am experiencing constipation -digestion issue— I’m not able to pass stool properly every day, I don’t feel hungry, and my digestion isn’t good. What can I do to improve my stomach health?

Try to eat fibre rich food more daily like green vegetables , curd. These help in passing stool. Have warm water with lemon in every morning empty stomach. If there’s indigestion then you can go for antacids also like digene , mucaine gel etc. For anxiety , do meditation and deep breathing. It helps in relaxaing brain.
