My mother is suffering from excessive gas production Which doesnt pass down and weakness and loss of appetite since one week. she has a history of having this gas problem since two years and she is on medication for the gas but since one week she is troubled more. She is also a patient of anxiety. 12 yr back she underwent gall bladder removal surgery.

Hello doctor, I have vitamin B12 deficiency of 184 range is it low plus what to take medicine or what to eat plus does body pain back pain in body .

Dear doctor.. i am suffering from upper abdomen pain since yesterday night. My upper stomach and sides of it is paining with dull pain  and i am urinating many times and color of my urine since from yesterday morning is clear. Even if i am not hydrated then too color of my urine is clear and there is lost of appetite May i know why is this so happening to me ? What is the actual cause ?

Had fissure abt 2 yrs back and repeat course of Norflox TZ as per last prescription, but not much relief. However, not much pain as on date but afraid off.

Unable to pass motions properly oftenly em facing this issue from past 5 years can anyone kindly help me in this

Before 22 days I have a chicken pox now its cure but Past few days I have dry cough burping and gases and very rarely sometimes heartburn and throat irritation. Past history was Same thing happened with me in September 2017 that time ENT specialist check me and dr prescribed me sompraz and gaviscon for 15 days and symptoms disappeared and after that did not came.Now same symptoms and feel like something stuck in throat.Due to lockdown I have take online suggestions with dr.Dr prescribed me Sompraz L so i have taken it in morning only 5 days and then stopped. While taking this all symptoms disappeared and feeling well. But yesterday night I have ate spicy masala rice and after that heartburn start in night and its gone after 1 2 hrs after drinking water. But I feel like some mild symptoms are come back which feel like constant need of throat clearing and small amount of dry cough. So my question is should i take sompraz L again and how many days to continue it and what frequency.Thanks

Gastric problem means that gas is not passes easily. loose motion feel like vomitting nausea few days back(around 1 month)had burning sensation in full body which was medicated by the doctor near me. those medicine are over now. i was feeling okay. but from tomorrow these problem mentioned above arrived.

My age 32 but after a week lower abdomen right and left side pain.and vomiting.constipation.toilet not a normal and yellow.

I have been facing stomach fullness problem without eating anything. And it's very uncomfortable. Due to that even in throat, I feel something is blocked and that's giving alot of the trouble to sleep. Please prescribe some medicines so that this acidity goes away. I have been facing this issue from past few days.
