Re Rifagut 400
Whether Rifagut 400 washes out good bacterias as well? For how much days I need probiotics after taking 5 days rifagut course. It this medicines I harmful? As I need to take this in every 2 3 months suffering from IBS.

Yes. They do wash out normal commencel bacteria too. Use of pre,pro biotics as a co prescription for about five days is must. You need to balance the good and bad effects of medicine and use.
