Since my SGPT is raised my doctor has prescribed me 2 liver syrups and told me to get either of the two : Heparid / Regliv. I am not able to purchase it as it is unavailable. My doctor told me to purchase any alternative. Should I purchase Liv 52 DS or is there any better syrup available? Pls tell.

Since last one month I having bloating and not having clear motion, ultrasound, bloodtest, liver test is done every thing is fine. Taken medicine for gas like raciper but full remission is not there.

Since last 10 days I'm getting sudden stomach pain which is very severe and cramps happens. I take medicine like pudin hara , diegine tqblet and some fennel seeds and pain is relieved in 1- hour around . Seems to be a gas problem as I feel it . Hello doctor..i feel very hungry all d time especially after waking up in morning i feel very hungry but as i need to take thyroid medication i cant eat anything..n because f these hunger pangs i feel nauseated..i got blood test for sugar and it came normal..pls suggest why this happening

From last 15 days my Husband suffering from stomach pain.. 1) after 3 days we went to doctor they prescribed MAFTAL SPAN pain not reduce.. 2) again we went to doctor they gave TAXIM 0 200 AND acidity tabblet for 5 days pain not reduce 3) again we went to  and do some blood test and ultrasound scan both were normal .doctor  gave metrogyl 400 , nexpro 40, and ivoral forte..we waited for 3 days pain increase so again we went to doctor 4) this time they did endoscopy and blood tests.. Reports are attached.. please help me what is the problem.. is it major problems.. how many days it takes to cure..

How can i identify if i have inguinal hernia or not? I have bubbling inside scrotum sometimes, rubbery mass between groin and thigh region but i feel it to be due to underwear lining since it reduced some after i loosened my underwear, liquidity in scrotum sometimes. Currently I'm having b12 deficiency symptoms like low rbc count(3.50) numbness in hip region while i constantly sit on a chair for 2 3 hours and many such symptoms. Also little nervous weakness since childhood(hands keep on shaking a bit etc).
