I most likely have post viral gastritis as i cured from typhoid 10 days back but stomach ache since 5-6 days went to doctor yesterday he gave me antacids still dull pinching nagging pain is there in stomach. How much time does it take for pain to subside?

Unable to sleep in night due to gastric, acidity, and burn in chest. Sometimes feel suffocation in night. Body gets heated. The problem repeats mostly in night from last 6-7 months.

I am suffering from Gallbladder stones. Stones are 10mm,11mm and 13mm which diagnosed 1 month ago. Symtoms are: Fever and chills throughout the day (from the last 3 months) Weakness (can't even step out) Stomach bloating and indigestion Yellowness in the eyes and the face. I feel like I hv fever ,fatigue ,abdominal cramps and sharp pain in anus but bowel moments are normal although I saw some little dry blood while cleaning my anus ..so what is this?
