Cholelithiasis and Mild Splenomegaly.
Cholelithiasis With Acute Cholecystitis And Mild Splenomegaly.Hi 3 mnths back i suffered from stomache pain and after some symptoms and blood tests Dr confirmed jaundice. He gave medications that was cured 2 months back. In these 2 months was in normal and I followed same diet. Last week I ate nonvegs and oil foods. 3 days back same stomache pain came and I went to lab and tested Lft test. Again it shows jaundice with bilbruin count 3.4.then I consulted Dr and asked him why jaundice stike again. Then he suggested scanning. In these scanning report impression is "Cholelithiasis With Acute Cholecystitis And Mild Splenomegaly". Galstones size 6mm. Sludge present CBD is not dilated 3mm.spleen is mild enlarged in 13.2cms and normal architecture. Remaining all are normal. He gave medications for stones. And discussed about Galbladder surgery. yesterday i tested Lft,present bil count normal. Pls help me what is my condition? Is anything serious about galbladder or spleen? Thanks in advance
