My wife has stomach pain everytime when she take any medicine pill or when she drink tea regularly for 2 times a day for 3-4 days or when she eat some spicy vegetable having red chilli powder. what can be the reason ?

I underwent Ileostomy closure(Proctectomy+IPAA+covering loop ileostomy-01st Nov 2019)+adhesiolysis on 25th January 2020...When passing stools and gas,im getting sensation that its getting stuck(also im spending 30-60 mins for a bowel movement)also rumbling sounds coming from lower abdomen but gas and stool properly not coming out(both coming out with pressure)...But when doctor is putting finger im getting some relief..Today when doctor put finger he found that stool is not there in his gloves..He asked us to get an X Ray done to see whether stool is there or not..Kindly tell me whether stool is there in the report or not...After he put finger today,stools came out without pressure..Kindly tell me whats wrong..Please answer sir..
