Stomach Gas and bloating
For last 5-7 days i am feeling soo much gas and bloating in my stomach. Feels like something is struck in my throat.. Sometimes not able to pass Gas. While lying down feels like gas is trapped. How to releive..?

Stop eating junk food. Stop spices. Avoid alcohol and smoking Add curd to your diet. Start exercising, may be a brisk walk for 45 min/ day. Take Tab.Pan 40mg once a day before breakfast. X 2 weeks. You need to reduce your body weight.
