Hi Mam,
The scan shows nodes in the pancreatic region and fluid collection in the pelvis. Thickening of the terminal small intestine is also noted.
On the whole, it suggests some infection is there in your abdomen.
The findings suggest to a probable diagnosis of Kochs Abdomen..TB Abdomen.
Next Steps
the best way to deal with this is do a colonoscopy...go to the area...caecum and terminal ileum..take a biopsy. After the confirmation, you can start the prescribed treatment.
