Hi,
Recently quit smoking, I am having bad digestive withdrawal symptoms like gastritis, bad flatulence, constipation. Initially I thought it's gastric issue so was having Pan-D for few days it felt ok but didn't solve the problem completely. But bad flatulence and uneven toilet schedules worried me so I consulted with one of my doctor friend he advised to have sporlac tablet twice a day for 7 days just before food. It gave me full relief but after 7 days as of yesterday that is on 9 day my issues came back, I have adopted daily exercise and healthy diet since I left smoking. Is there any ending to my problems? I am losing hope and thinking to start smoking again as that way it was better. Also in the past I never had any digestive issues. Please advise
