Slight pain in lower left abdomen area
One day suddenly pain erupted in my lower belly area at night time..since then I'm facing slight pain in lower left side of abdomen & change in bowel movements...sometime it gives relief after passing gas or taking bowel movement but pain comes back..daily

If it is severe pain and wakes you up at night then you need to have physical examination so go to a clinic or hospital.
It can also be constipation. So treat constipation first
You need a USG also.

drink lots of water. can take Rifagut 400 mgs 3 times a day for 10 days.
try cremmaffin syrup 2 tsf as and when required
