I hope you have taken the treatment for 2 weeks for H pylori, after it was confirmed. Its a two week course of 3 tablets in morning and three in night. If not taken, please go back to your doctor.

Though it is recommended to take one tablet at morning 30 mins before breakfast , empty stomach ..But taking twice a day won't harm you .
