U can use tablets for h pylori infection for only 14 days and no need to take for 20 days so dont worry..and for erosions to heal u have to use proton pump inhibitors(PPI) for 6 weeks and later go and consult gastroenterologist for hiatus hernia

Hello, Your endoscopy shows pangastritis with multiple erosions and H. pylori infection, along with a small hiatal hernia. Treating H. pylori completely is crucial to prevent chronic gastritis and ulcer complications. The standard therapy involves a combination of antibiotics (like clarithromycin and amoxicillin) with acid suppression taken together for 10–14 days — delaying or taking them separately reduces effectiveness and may cause resistance. Please do not stop or alter treatment midway without medical supervision. If cost is a concern, discuss generic alternatives with your doctor. For correct dosing, alternative options, and post-treatment follow-up, please connect with me on Practo

Treatment for H pylori has ti be taken for a period of 14 days. After that go for follow up. You also have a small hiatus hernia. For that too you have to be in follow up of a gastroenterologist.
