Stomach Ache
Iam  (58), unmarried, vomiting, from yesterday morning and have stomach pain (last one week). Passes urine once in a day. ( Since long period). Passes stool at rare interval. Stomach circumference : 110 Cm. He has no other problem. Not taken food since yesterday afternoon (only curd rice). Had Butter milk, yesterday night and today morning, besides coffee 2 times.

You require thorough evaluation immediately don't delay. You need to check your kidney also. It looks like  acute sever gastritis but to be sure you need to see a doctor immediately. As it looks bad

Your condition suggested that may be your bowel movements have slowed down. Keep taking sips of water and lemon juice. Avoid taking tea, coffee. I would suggest you please see a doctor near you and get your yourself evaluation.

You must be suffering from Acute Gastritis most probably. Please stay on liquids as much as possible. If you feel better then have a soft and bland (without spices) diet - you can continue curd rice.
Next Steps
If you are not getting better and continue to vomit you may need further investigations and medicines like injections and drips. You need to consult a doctor personally
