Bile vomit every morning

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I've been vomitting this geenish/yellowing liquid most of the morning when I brush my teeth but wasn't feeling any pain or so. This is happening for more than a year now. However for the past 3 days I have been having dry coughs and uneasy stomach. Feeling tired and sleepy often too. Looks like I'm dealing with something serious and have planned to visit a doctor. Wanted to get a consultation here too on what could be the condition. Thanks!
