No adverse medical history. Sudden neck pain on left side of the neck after waking up today. Severe pain. Got 10% relief after applying volini cream. Measured BP 82/120. Pulse 60-70. No other symptom. Very less relief by evening. Took Flexon MR in evening. 70-80% relief after that. Please suggest if we should see a cardiologist/ physician.

Medical history : My mom has undergone a breast cancer surgery following chemo and radiotherapy. Later she was recognised by heart failure problem . Now she is taking tablets and regular followup with doctor. Everythng is going good as of now. But since yesterday right hand started swelling with pain and a bit tighened skin. Had taken paon relief tablet with apply volini spray on it

I have right arm ache from 3 days. First it's started in right side of back and I applied volini spray. It got okay but whenever I lift my neck up it feels like it's trying pull my right arm nerves and it pains. I can't sleep straight, I can't sleep on left side arm because both the time I feel same like pulling my right arm nerves..I have to sleep on my right arm only.

My wife has sever neck and shoulder pain since last two days. She did not meet any injury and we are not sure if it was because of wrong posture during sleep, since she was fine after she woke up yesterday and it started after few hours. She tried with hot water massage and applied Volini and that improved a bit but since yesterday, she has sever pain in neck and couldn't move it . Any suggestions on whom we should be meeting , general physician or physiotherapist or any medicine.

In accident, my groin part got hit by bike tank just after rider seat. Nothing happened to testis area. However, there is swelling just above groin area where it is attached or say lower abdomen. There is no as such pain. There is pain when I press that area. But there is always fear that any jerk can lead to pain. Any unintentional stretch can also lead to pain. Please suggest whether is there any requirement of treatment or diagnosis. If not, what can I do to make it good. I have applied hot bag and volini.

Hi, 2 days back i was doing gym and exercise for forearm, when i lifted weight, i heard the sound of cut cut cut, from wrist, i immediately left the wait Next day there was no swelling, just mild pain,i applied volini and today just mild pain when i try to rotate hand clockwise (palms to my face) (wrist pain) Is my bone broke?? What should i do?

Moved to Hongkong last week. Fell down while doing ice skating on my right ankle . Able to walk slowly but it is swollen . Went to hospital yesterday to get general consultation, waited for 4 hours but couldn't see a doctor due to big queue. Applying volini since 3 days and crape bandage at work. Keeping leg on a pillow so that ankle is above heart. Please advice for first and anything else I have to do

Since last week Wednesday, I have been having lower back pain with some discomfort in legs too but not excruciating pain. If I stand then to sit I need to adjust a bit and likewise when I am sitting, to stand and walk I need to adjust a bit. I have put on Volini and out hot water bag. It's a little better since last week but still not fully fit. I suspect some kind of slip disc, early stages may be. I work in IT industry to most time is sitting either in office or at work. Severe pain while putting pressure like while walking. Pain while moving ankle. Had applied heat process past 1 day and applied volini etc. Ques: 1) How much time will it take for recovery? 2) There is less visible swelling. Should I apply ice packs? Last few months i had constant pain in right shoulder .when i sleeping it not hurts me but when i awake the pain usaly started. when i touched my hand to the sholder no pain there but then niddle type pain comes again . I take pain killer but there is no improvement done .when I use volini sprey the pain increse . I also use hot bag regularly once . but no improvement . I had an x-ray and suger test but all are normal.
