This started 4-5 years back my right chest's 2 rib was hurting and there was a swelling which comes and goes i used tO smoke also that time i had some allergy in my throat also but my gp said its normal just asked me to apply some volini with heat application so it went but the pain comes and goes got an xray done also It was normal but again i have pain at same spot which goes to my hand but no such swelling what should i do for this Is it something serious

From past 10 days I'm experiencing pain in the right breast, neck shoulder back and arm. Both the breast are of same size but there is some kind of discomfort when I touch my right breast. I cannot differentiate whether the pain is originating from the back or from the breast. Sometimes it pains when I breathe heavily.When I apply volini I find some relief. I had my periods on 12 of Nov and I thought the pain will go away sooner but still the condition is same. Can it be due to some cyst in the breast. Is this issue serious?

2 days ago my wife got her blood pressure checked. Since then she has unbearable pain in biceps triceps and forearm. It has started to spread throughout the left arm including shoulders and left side back. We have been just spraying Volini and hoping for it to heal. First day there were red color rashes as well. No gym or any other activities done which could cause the problem. Please advice what could be the lroby and which scan can we do to check it.

Back pain again, last two days was very hectic, long standing hours. Previously it was more severe, had medicine like nexpro Rd, lysoflam MR, nortipam M, this time it is little less but pinched hard when try to get up from bed, pain is there from last 24 hours now. Spray volini and use hot bag since morning. Please suggest,

I feel pain in my calf muscles and feet if stand or walk a bit.Little throbbing kind of pain in legs.Nerves will swell a bit and my ankles will start paining.Also my back hurts and I have tenderness in upper part of my backbone skin.I tried volini and other pain relief balm.Nothing helps.Makes me feel tired.Suggestions are welcome..I know I have to see a doctor so please do not conclude your suggestions with that.Thank you all doctors.

My two legs problem left is ankee and right is knee am unable to walk. I try to walk bone taktak sound. Am surfing from last two day. Am preparing event for TS govt job . Present am working job  for the position in office only sitting. Two-day am practice the running and long jump. At the time I had pain left ankee and no swelling the legs.i don't using painkillers. But using volini spray., Ice tube, hot water.

I am having pain in the right back side of neck, shoulder and biceps for the last 15-20 days. First i had stiff neck after sleeping for 2 hours in bad posture and then doing lightweight exercise (only arms) day after it started. Had anti inflammatory and muscle relaxation medicine but no big change. Now from today i started only hot and cold therapy and applying volini.

While cleaning the house with a broom, I was in a bending position. The moment i straightened up, there was a popping sound in my lower back and severe pain. I sat with cushions behind and applied Volini. It has been 2-3 days but the pain is not subsiding. The movement is restricted. While sitting and lying down its fine but the moment i bend even a little it pains.

I have recurrent wrist pain which comes and goes. I lift weights in gym but not that heavy. My wrist pain comes and goes and i only have pain in my left wrist. Out of 7 days a week, i have pain in my upper part of wrist for almost 5 days a week. I put volini/moov on it everyday and put bandage on my hand. But it does not give me much relief. I have no other symptoms such as lose of grip/tingling sensation etc. what would you recommend? Can it be something serious? Would you recommend seeing a doctor? If yes then what kind of doctor?

I met with a small bike accident And hurt my right leg bone. I had a small swelling. It is gone now after two days with some cream and sprays like volini. It has been 3 weeks now. Still the lower front portion of my leg hurts when I touch or press that area. There is no swelling. I can do regular activities like walking and all without any pain. Should I be worried and see a doctor or it is common and need more time to heal. Or what foods and medication will speed up the healing process.
