I bent down last Tuesday to pick something up and my right side from waist until my thigh seems to have got stretched badly. It is uneasy and painful while I sit, i can't cross my legs, when I get up from a lie down position, it hurts. I have tried applying volini, d-nano creams and have used a heating pad regularly but just a little relief, not much helpful.

I am having left arm from few days .. Sometimes chest pain too but when I apply volini gel .i get relief from chest pain 5 days ago Because of left arm pain i have done ECG and 2d echo PFA for that report 4 months ago i have done TmT which was normal How are the reports ? Should I worry about heart attack ? Should I continue exercise Please answer.i am really worried 😟😟😟😟

Today I fell from a stool. Post that I felt pain in my hand but bearable and without swelling. To reduce the same I soaked my hand in warm water with salt for 2 times. In night I applied volini spray at the affected area and covered my hand with warm cloth. But post 1 hour I have started feeling sudden shaking in the body (coming and going) with some sudden chill feeling. Is it due to some side effect of spray or is there something different to it. Please suggest

I am experiencing severe pain in left shoulder and arm, i used Volini but it didn't help. I couldn't sleep I woke up and felt a bit gasy and nauseus, I took eno. I am a bit scared if this is a heart related issue. I had covid in October and today I went swimming after 2-3 yrs for 1hour. I checked the oxymeter my RPbpm is around 90. When I running Or jogging 2 km/ 3 km then my shin bone pain becomes more painful in both the legs. So I cannot continue my running. I use hot water & Volini spary to reduce pain but nothing works good. Without pain killer medicine give some suggestion/tips so that I can continue my practice with less pain. Maximum 1 month in my hand for Physical efficiency test for Police sub inspector exam. So plz give some tips. 🙏

After a high/strong kick to ward off an attack from a few street dogs during his evening walk, my father started having a shooting pain in his left lower back/waist. It is very severe currently and there is no relief even after applying Volini ointment as well. He was recently diagnosed with cervical spondylosis at C4-C5, C5-C6, C7-C8. Attached the report for the same. Please advise for the same ASAP as his pain is not decreasing.

I have Left side TMJ arthralgia since 5 weeks. I am on painkillers, hot fomentation and volini gel. Symptoms have improved but not completely. OPG shows impacted wisdom tooth on both sides. Can wisdom tooth be the reason for it? I consulted orthodontist also who said teeth alignment is fine. No direct or indirect trauma to the joint. I am worried. Hi Doctor, Problem: I had muscle tear in Outer Ankle due to twisting of feet 20days back. But still having visual elevation and minor pain. Image attached. Treatment executed: X-ray shows no fracture. Applied cold pack for a few days and using crimp bandage with volini since then. Also doing alternate hold and cold water therapy.

I am facing acute pain and stiffness in my spine and both knee from past 2 years. X ray represents occurrence of osteopenia. Kindly suggest treatment as I am facing tremendous difficulty in day to day activities as I cant sit and stand for long. Currently i am not taking any medication. Just applying ointment like volini . Have consulted many doctors in past but no relief with their treatment. I stay alone and I have nobody to take care of.
