When I running Or jogging 2 km/ 3 km then my shin bone pain becomes more painful in both the legs. So I cannot continue my running. I use hot water & Volini spary to reduce pain but nothing works good. Without pain killer medicine give some suggestion/tips so that I can continue my practice with less pain. Maximum 1 month in my hand for Physical efficiency test for Police sub inspector exam. So plz give some tips.
