Hlo sir or mam im 6 feet 2 inch tall guy previously 3 months ago my weight is 110 kg now after running 2 times and 10 km every day and zyming 2 times in a day now im 88 kg doing dieting and eating half bowl fruits .apple.pomegranate.papaya. carrot.kiwi. oranges. Mosambi avacado.bluebeery after coming from running and zyming I take fruits and than I take litle oats with toned milk with honey and later I take greentea and ulternate days 2 days gap I take beetroot carrot juice and lunch I take boiled vegetables with multigrain atta with 1 plate salad and evening go running and zyming again after completing 1 hours 30 min in ground and zyming I came back to my homes and take greentea 1 cup and dinners after 1 hours I take 3 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables and salad and boiled 1 white egg and than go for brisk walking 30 min everyday completing 16000 steps is it ok na to run 10 km everyday nd plz tell me after running how many times gap is required to drink a water
