Muscle tear in Outer Ankle
Hi Doctor,
Problem:
I had muscle tear in Outer Ankle due to twisting of feet 20days back. But still having visual elevation and minor pain. Image attached.
Treatment executed:
X-ray shows no fracture. Applied cold pack for a few days and using crimp bandage with volini since then.
Also doing alternate hold and cold water therapy.
