Hi i m 29 male... Few days back i have strain in my right side of neck and shoulder and feeling of something stretching in my shoulder and tingling sensation in hand and heavyness... No problem in movement... After stretching of neck and shoulder i m recover but from yesterday i feel stretch in my face whenever i sleep... Could u pls suggest why this happened and how to recover... I am taking fenec plus tablet for pain and volini gel... Pls suggest treatment

Hello doctor, When my husband got up from his sleep he had neck pain on the right side .. He used hot water bag and volini spray on the painful area to get relief... But the pricking pain hasn't gone but is radiating into his right shoulder and into the upper arm whenever he sits down... And also he is feeling slight loss of strength in the right upper arm...He has no pain in the mentioned areas while lying down..

I had consulted an orthopaedic regarding the sprain in the ankle. After taking the X rays, it was found out that the problem was in the nerve and not the bone. So he had given me an injection and tablets for a week. And then suggested me to meet him for an another injection next week. Is this process reliable ? Are the injections and tablets needed for pain in the nerve near the ankle ? Or will it heal itself after a month or so if I just apply ice and volini ?Please suggest!

My mom came back from out of station last week and she got a lower back pain due to carrying her luggage. Or as we call in hindi "Khich parh jana". It's been a week now but the pain is still there. At first it was fading away but now it's back to square one. She has tried moov spray and volini gel too but they don't seem to have a great effect. She's a working lady and this pain is hindering her in doing her job. Please suggest some tips/remedies. Thankyou

I live in a hostel. Suddenly I heard my friends quarrelling. They were giving blows and slaps and kicks to each other. I tried to control the quarrelling. So I stand between them.But I received a strong kick on my vertebral column/backbone. I feel a little pain . I applied volini gel there. Will anything bad happen to me? Will the kick harm the spinal cord and the nerves inside the vertebral column? Will my spinal cord get damaged?

Have severe pain in my lower back muscle, lying down on my back or stomach , it feels fine. Extreme pain in bending and sitting. Lower back feels heavy while walking. Leg muscles cramps it becomes tight when i wake up in morning from bed I can't walk coz of paining I bath with hot water but it not relief yet almost one week happen still it paining too much. I just stop stretching now coz of paining.i rub volini cream to relief pain but b still not get result. how many days take to be normal . Please guide.

Hi. I have been experiencing a muscle pull /spasm in the left side of my upper back since Wednesday . It first came on the left side of my upper back , after applying volini spray it was gone for 3 days . Then again on the 4th day morning I woke up with that pain in my Lowe neck and upper back , which stopped and then moved to the right side of my upper back . Now from yesterday my right hand is also paining . What could this be ? I am 5'7 , 28 years old and weight is 82
