Pain in lower back muscle
Have severe pain in my lower back muscle, lying down on my back or stomach , it feels fine. Extreme pain in bending and sitting. Lower back feels heavy while walking. Started when I had to bend down to pick something, started last night, no change in condition despite pain killer and spraybor gel like volini and moov.

It looking back spasm so u can consult your near by physiotherapy centre or u can do icing for 15 minute 2 hourly .5 time on a day.and u can apply any gel like omni or volini

Stop bending forward immediately.... Do nt gv stress to ur low back. Prefer to use hard bed. . Avoid long time standing and sitting
