Pain in calf muscles while sleeping
I am having problem of having pain in calf muscles while sleeping .It pains a lot in calf only,sometimes one leg or both. I am having this problem for past few years . I did complete blood tests but dint get anything . I am curently taking neurobin plus suggested by doctor ,but i cant see any improvement

It may be because of long driving or for long sitting or due to because of your weight..try some strengthening exercises and increase your water intake and little massage can also decrease your pain

According to me you can use some supplement that have magnesium or you can use magnesium oil.That must help you.

Increase ur water intake . Also exercise a little which can be done under the advice of Physiotherapist.Also increase your fruit and milk intake.sometimes this happens because of deficiency of water.

Other than sleeping pain.. what all activities are painful? If it pains only at the end of the day..then may be its because of fatigue or muscle weakness...
