You can apply ice pack twice a day to reduce swelling, but i would like to suggest that take rest while playing or take break of 10 days and rest as much as you can. Do stretching and strengthening exercises, take diet rich in multi vitamins. There's nothing to worry about it, get examined physically at nearest physio center for proper diagnosis and treatment.
