I play badminton everyday. Once playing i took my hand overhead and i felt a little jerk or twist at my shoulder. It started paining little below shoulder. I did ice pack and was better a week after. And i felt the same jerk while playing after a week. Is there anything serious about it.I feel little pain little down the shoulder above the elbow when i lift my hand and make some actions. It Seems to Be Ligament Injury or Nerve Impingement .. A Video Examination is Required to Diagnose the Actual Cause. Check for The ROM & Exact Area of Pain. Till Than Apply Ice Pack for 15 Minutes Twice Daily. Try to Do Some Shoulder Exercises in Full Range of Motion Twice Daily. Avoid Jerks as it May Increase the Internal Injury.
