Elbow pain
We have recently started playing badminton along with that i am serious with my gym regime Heavy liftings. After playing badminton i face severe pain in my right elbow for quite few hours. But today while lifting weights i felt the same pain and decided to come back home. The pain is always there after playing badminton. What can i do?

Your pain could be due to inflammation in your forearm muscles.
Next Steps
You should give Cryotherapy (ice packs) after playing badminton and weight lifting. You should proper warm up and cool down. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. You should do forearm strengthening and stretching exercises with proper guidance. Avoid lifting heavy weights.

Hi, according to your complaint u r suffering from lateral epicondylites but a proper evaluation and assessment consult your nearest physiotherapist. 1. Stop the all playing activities from effected hand.. 2. Apply tennis elbow brace in hand in full time. 3. Apply cold packs in your elbow, 5times in a day for 10 minutes. 4. Start the physiotherapy treatment such as, H.I.LT. 5 sessions to fast recovery and pain relief.
Next Steps
After the 5 sessions, gradually start some stretching exercises. and when u feel better than start the strengthening exercises under a physiotherapist guidance.
Health Tips
Avoid weight lifting from effected hand. Avoid sports activities  atleast 7 days.

Tennis Elbow or Golfers Elbow is Very Common in Sports Person or Gymers. Rx: Do Flexion & Extention Exercises of Elbow. 10 Moves Two Sets Twice Daily. Use Elbow Band. Apply Hot Pack for 15 Minutes Twice Daily Before Exercises. Apply Dynapar Gel or DFO Gel to Reduce Pain & Internal Swelling. Give Proper Rest & Avoid Strenuous Activities from This Elbow for A Week.

Rest with the splint, icing three or four times at the painful area, for minimum of three to five days, follow up do some stretches for your elbow and wrist.
