I have been having back pain for few days. I used to go gym for about a month and played badminton a week before. In past one week having back pain.what could be the reason?

Please try to follow the below things carefully. 1. Apply Ice pack over the area 2. Do Gentle stretching for your hamstring 3. Do MFR to Lower lumbothoracic fascia
