Lower back pain
L4-L5 diffuse disc bulge is seen indenting the ventral thecal sac and abutting the right existing nerve root.However no neural foramen compromise or neural compression seen.Mild facet joint anthropathy noted. Same problem is with L5-S1. This is my MRI report results having pain in lower back left and right sides since 5 months after miscarriage

Hy I advise to consult a physio or ortho with your mri films for proper treatment.
Next Steps
1 u start some back exercise 2times in a day.like isometric spine and spinal extension exercises. 2.u start hot wtr fermentation 2 times in a day after exercise program. 3 maintain your sitting postures with help of back rest. 4 some biochemistry test like. vitamin d and Sr . calcium if u find deficiency start some supplements under supervision in a ortho or physician. 5.if your pain is severe take I.f.t and laser treatment in lower back for 7 sessions.
Health Tips
avoid weight lifting and forward bending hard bed rest. intake rich calcium and vitamins c diets with your food. consulting me after 7 days for following this plan of treatment.

Avoid lifting heavy and bending forward. Improve Lowback stability, wear a lumbosacral belt if necessary intermittently to traign your Lowback. Perform low back isometric exercise. Better if you learn it directly from a Physiotherapist. Apply hot water fomentation on Lowback.
