Mri is report is not final . Need to take bed rest 1st and take medication as prescribed by orthopaedic surgeons. After getting some relief then start physiotherapy treatment and exercises . After all efforts needs to decide about surgery .
Health Tips
complete bed rest. use lumbosacral belt. avoid forward bending and lifting weights.
If ur bowl and ballader movement iz intact it can be manageable some how .....but in ur advance year it give u lots of trouble so better to get the surgery done
Yes , you can go for basic and advanced core strengthening exercises programme designed by physiotherapist.
I am giving these programmes to all such patients and within one month , they are recovered . Even spine surgeons also going and refering for these programmes for one month before surgery.
