Lower back pain
Hi Sir, Iam suffering with lower back pain since 2years because of my MRI shows central disc protrusion in l5 s1 level.when I sit pain starts. Only I have sitting problem,no radiating pain.Please tell me how can I outcome this problem. Please explain clearly. In MRI disc is outcome in the bones.But how can it cure please tell me exact solution.

Hi, first of all you need to understand that disc protrusion if it's not because of trauma or accident it's because of our lifestyle If you have to sit or stand long hours you need certain ergonomic changes in your lifestyle Disc protrusions are reversible and does not necessarily need bed rest...please get yourself evaluated by a physiotherapist and you will be much better following exercises and lifestyle changes
