Rotator cuff could be the cause, Apply ice for 20mts ,if the pain persists,consult a manipulative physiotherapists

It is impingement- strengthen your scapular and cuff muscles. Go to physiotheraphy

Majority of these pain are often ignored which can result in muscular imbalances leading to chronic shoulder pain. Proper assessment is needed, consult a physiotherapist. For now stop playing badminton to avoid aggravation of your problem.
